The United Arab Emirates (or UAE) is a country in the Middle East known for golden desserts, turquoise waters, and the tallest buildings in the world. While it is most famous for the glitzy city of Dubai, the country has much more to it than just that. On my own visit to the UAE, I visited not only Dubai, but also Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Below I share photographs from all three of those places, in hopes of inspiring your own UAE travels.
